In 2019 after graduating from the University of Chester, Tolu recognised a disconnect between landlords and the younger generation of students and young professionals. After living in university halls for 3 years, Tolu was inspired to bridge this gap by founding his own property management company and letting agency at just 22 years old…thus, Yourgaff was born.
Fast forward to 2023, Yourgaff now manage over 300 rooms across the North West of the UK. At the heart of our success is a dedicated team who are rich in experience and market knowledge. Our team is made up of a talented bunch in our twenties and we are all UOC alumni.

We have over 12 years of experience in the property industry and we also fit right into the demographic of our tenants, so we’re in the best position to understand what the market wants and needs.
