Do you accept pets?

Yes! Lots of our tenants have furry friends…this is however down to landlord discretion.

What if I can’t view the property I like in person?

Not to worry, this wont be a problem as Yourgaff offer virtual viewings.

Are there any specific requirements I need to meet to be eligible to rent with Yourgaff?

As standard, we would need to obtain references from both your current landlord and employer where applicable. You must also have the right to rent in the UK.

How do I rent with Yourgaff?

Seen a property you like on our website or advertising portals? Great! The next steps are to enquire, arrange a viewing to see the property in person, fill out a booking form and sign your contract…easy peasy!

What kind of contract lengths do you offer?

When renting with Yourgaff, there’s no need to commit to a full year’s contract…we give you the option to sign for 6, 10 or 12 months.

Do you help both students and young professionals?

Yes, thats right, whether you’re studying or working, we can help you!

Do I have to have a guarantor to rent with you?

It is preferred that each tenant has a guarantor where possible, however we understand not everyone has this available to them…we can work around this if needed!

Do you take deposits?

Yes, each tenant must pay a deposit in order to secure a property with us.

Yourgaff have properties in Chester, Liverpool and soon to be Manchester!
